# The wrong audience, product or character is in the video

## The script uses the wrong target audience. What should I do?

On the New video screen, pick the right audience under "Who is it for?" before drawing the frame. If that picker is not there, the project has only one audience saved: add the other one in the Audience tab first. If you do not pick, the video speaks to the primary audience.

## The wrong product or service appears in the video. What should I do?

On the New video screen, pick the right product under "Which product or service is it about?", or click the selected one again to make a video about the brand in general. If the frame is already drawn, the product is part of it: create a new video with the right selection.

## The wrong character appears in the video. What should I do?

On the New video screen, under "Who is in it?", click the wrong character to deselect them and click the right one. If the frame is already drawn, create a new video. Also check that the character you want has an avatar; without one, the AI draws them differently each time.

## The preview frame is not accurate. What should I do?

Under "Or change something" on the video page, say exactly what should be different, for example who holds what, the time of day, where the product sits, and click "Redraw the frame" (1 credit). For bigger changes, make the "What should happen?" text more specific in a new video: name the person, the place and the one action.
