The parts people ask about first.

Including the limits, because finding them later is worse. Everything here is true of the product as it ships today.

The product

Videos, scripts, characters and credits.

How long is a company video?

As long as you make it. Every scene is ten seconds; a 30-second company video is three scenes cut together. Each scene is generated on its own, so you can rewrite and re-render one without touching the rest. How it works, from website to video →

Do I have to write the script?

No. GetReelCom drafts the script — what happens and the narration — from your Director's Guide: your brand, products, audience, characters and venues. You edit it, or write your own. Create your first video →

What does “consistent cast” actually mean?

A character is built once — from a photo or a description — and reused. The avatar, the wardrobe and the rules travel with them into every scene, so you get the same person rather than a fresh stranger each render. Characters →

Can I change my mind after rendering?

Yes. Rewrite the script and render again. The still is the cheap step precisely so that rewriting is cheap.

What does a video cost, and what if it fails?

Eleven credits per scene — one for the still, ten to animate it once you approve. A 30-second video is three scenes, 33 credits. Failed generations cost nothing. Your first forty credits are free, no card: enough for your first company video, with a GetReelCom watermark.

What do I need to start?

A Google or Microsoft account and a website. Paste your site, sign in while we read it, and check your Director's Guide. Reviewing it takes a few minutes; the first scene a few more. Create your first video →

Do you read my website for me?

Yes. Paste your URL and we read your public pages — what you do and for whom, your colours, your logo, a style image, your products and even the people your site names — and prefill your Director's Guide from it. You review and can correct everything, and a re-read never overwrites your edits. What GetReelCom reads from your website →

Plans

Before you pick a plan.

What does a company video cost?

A company video is built from ten-second scenes, and a finished scene is 11 credits — 1 for the still to get the picture right, then 10 to animate it. A 30-second video is three scenes, 33 credits. A character avatar is 1 credit. You never pay for motion on a frame you have not approved.

Do failed generations cost anything?

No. Credits are held while a generation runs, charged when it succeeds and released when it fails.

Do credits roll over?

Yes. On Starter and Studio, unused credits stay valid for one extra month. The 40 free credits never expire.

What happens when I run out?

Nothing breaks — your projects, Director's Guide and finished videos stay where they are. You just cannot generate until the next month, or until you move up a plan.

Who can use the credits?

You: each account is its own workspace with its own projects and credits. Inviting colleagues into a shared workspace is not there yet — it is on the roadmap. One project per brand.

Is there a watermark?

On the free credits, yes: your first video carries a small GetReelCom watermark. Every video made on a paid plan is clean, full-quality output.

Who owns the videos?

You do. The rights in your output are assigned to you to use for any lawful business purpose (see the terms), and they stay yours if you cancel.

Can I pay yearly?

Not yet — plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Annual plans with a discount are on the roadmap.

Can I cancel?

Any time. You keep what you made; the plan simply stops renewing.

Nothing else to ask? Roll camera.

Paste your website, check your Director's Guide, and generate your first scene. The first forty credits are already on the account.

No card. Failed generations cost nothing.
