Add a company project

How do I add my company?

Add a company by entering its website address so GetReelCom reads it, or by starting manually and typing the brand details yourself.

1. On the Your projects screen, choose Start from your website (the default) or Start manually.
2. From your website: type the address into the field and click Import. GetReelCom reads your public pages in the background.
3. Manually: name the project, then fill in the Brand tab yourself.

Reading your website and creating the project does not use credits. One exception: for team members found on your site with a photo, the import also draws their avatars, up to three, at 1 credit each, as long as the account has credits.

Can I add more than one company?

Yes. Each company is its own project, and you can create as many as you like from Your projects. Credits are shared across the whole account: the balance in the top bar is the same total wherever you are.

Can I create videos for multiple brands?

Yes, one project per brand. Every project has its own Brand, Products, Audience, Characters and Venues, so a video made inside one project only ever uses that project’s story. Agencies run one project per client the same way.

Can I edit my company profile later?

Yes, at any time. Every field in Brand, Products, Audience, Characters and Venues is editable in place, and the page saves as you type. Edits apply to videos you create afterwards; videos already generated do not change.

1. Open the project and click Brand (or Products, Audience, Characters, Venues) in the left sidebar.
2. Click into a field and type. There is no save button.

Editing text never uses credits.
