The result does not look like the real thing
When a product, venue or person looks wrong, give GetReelCom a real, direct photo link and a more specific description, then redraw the frame or regenerate the avatar. Each redraw or regeneration costs 1 credit.
The wrong audience, product or character is in the video
Fix the selection on the New video screen before drawing the frame. If the frame already exists, the cast and product are fixed; create a new video with the right choices. Redrawing a frame costs 1 credit.
A generation is stuck or failed
A frame takes about 30 seconds and a video about a minute, in the background. A failed generation shows a "failed" chip, costs nothing, and can be retried from where it stopped. If credits were charged anyway, mail us.
