Products and services
Save your products and services in the Products tab with a name, kind, category, pricing, benefits, features, a page link and a photo. A video is about the primary product unless you pick another, one per video.
How do I add my products and services?
- Open the project and click Products in the left sidebar.
- Click the primary product card, or Add another product, to open the form.
- Fill in Name, Kind (Product or Service), Category, Pricing, In short, Key benefits, Features, Used for, Page URL and Photo URL, then click Add product.
Adding a product’s text does not use credits.
Can I add multiple products or services?
Yes. There is one primary product plus any number of others.
What is the difference between a product and a service in GetReelCom?
Only the label. The Kind field tags an item as Product or Service and shows it as a badge on its card; the fields are otherwise the same.
Which products or services can appear in my video?
Any product or service saved in the project. By default a video is about the primary product. When more than one is saved, the New video screen shows a Which product or service is it about? picker.
Can I select the product or service for each video?
Yes, when the project has more than one saved: pick one on the New video screen, or leave it unselected for a video about the brand in general. With only one product saved, the picker does not appear.
Can I select multiple products or services?
No. A video is about one product or service at most. Characters are different: one or two can appear in the same scene.
How do I make sure my product or service is represented accurately?
Fill in an accurate Category, In short, Key benefits, Features and Pricing, and add a Photo URL pointing directly to a real photo or render of the product, so the AI has a true reference instead of inventing one. See Add an image URL.
What happens if my product or service is not listed on my website?
It will not be created automatically. Add it yourself with Add another product.
Can I add additional information about a product or service?
Yes: Key benefits, Features and Used for (each comma-separated), plus Pricing as you state it and Page URL for where it lives on your site.
