Making a video
Download and use your video
Open a finished video and click "Download video" to get the MP4. There is no share button yet. You own the output and can use it for any lawful business purpose; on the Free plan it carries a GetReelCom watermark.
How do I download my video?
- Open the project and click Videos in the left sidebar.
- Open the video whose status reads video ready.
- Click Download video above the player. The file is an MP4 named after the video.
Downloading is free; the credits were spent when the video was generated.
Can I share my video directly from GetReelCom?
Not yet. There is no share or publish control on the video page; download the MP4 and post it where you need it.
In which quality can I download my video?
As one MP4 in the format you chose, Landscape 16:9 or Portrait 9:16, ready for the web and social platforms. The still frame it was built from is available at full size from the First frame panel (Open full size).
Where can I use my generated video?
Anywhere lawful for your business: your website, social media, advertising, sales outreach, onboarding and training. The rights in your output are assigned to you under the Terms of Service. You remain responsible for reviewing the video before publishing it and for any disclosure rules that apply to AI-generated content where you publish.
On the Free plan the video carries a GetReelCom watermark. Paid plans download clean video. See The free plan and free credits.
Can I use the video on my website?
Yes. Landscape (16:9) is the format to pick for it.
Can I use the video on social media?
Yes. Portrait (9:16) for Reels, TikTok and Shorts; Landscape (16:9) for YouTube.
Can I use the video in advertisements?
Yes, within the rights the terms assign to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of any claim the video makes and for advertising law where it runs.
Can I use the video for sales?
Yes. A ten-second scene about a product and a common objection is a normal use in outreach and pitch decks.
Can I use the video for onboarding or training?
Yes. Cast your own team members and write the scene around the onboarding moment or the feature you want to explain.
Can I download multiple versions of my video?
Each finished video is one file. For another format or another script, create and pay for a separate video, 11 credits each.
Who owns the generated video?
You do. The rights in your output are assigned to you for any lawful business purpose, and they stay yours if you cancel. GetReelCom may keep and use your input and output to operate, secure and improve the service, and does not guarantee that output is unique, per the Terms of Service.
