Your Director's Guide
Brand tab, company information
The Brand tab holds your name, website, language, short and long description, mission, history, brand values, sector, company stage, employees and locations. Fill in what your site does not say.
What company information can I add?
The Brand tab has these fields: Name, Website, Language, Short description, Long description, Mission, History, Brand values, Sector, Company stage, Employees and Locations. Below them sit the colours, Logo URL and Style reference URL, covered in Brand colours, logo and style.
How do I describe my company?
Use Short description for one or two sentences on what you do and for whom, and Long description for a fuller paragraph the AI can draw on for context in scenes.
- Open the project and click Brand in the left sidebar.
- Fill in Short description (one or two sentences) and Long description (a paragraph).
Both are usually prefilled from your website. Read them as a new customer would and tighten what is vague.
Can I add my mission?
Yes, in the Mission field. It is imported only when your website states one; otherwise the field is empty and you are welcome to write it. There is no separate vision field.
Can I add my company’s differentiators?
There is no field called “differentiators”. Put what sets you apart in Long description, History or Brand values, and for a specific offering in that product’s Key benefits and Features. Brand values are comma-separated, for example “transparent, down-to-earth, ambitious”.
How do I make sure my company description is accurate?
After the import, read Short description, Long description, Mission and History and correct anything wrong, outdated or missing. These fields feed directly into how your videos are written and narrated. Editing text is free.
Can I add information that is not available on my website?
Yes. Every field on the Brand tab, and in Products, Audience, Characters and Venues, is a normal editable text field, so you can type in anything your website never published.
