Troubleshooting
The result does not look like the real thing
When a product, venue or person looks wrong, give GetReelCom a real, direct photo link and a more specific description, then redraw the frame or regenerate the avatar. Each redraw or regeneration costs 1 credit.
My product does not look like the real product. What should I do?
Give the product a real photo and a sharper description, then redraw.
- Open Products, edit the product, and paste a direct link to a real photo or render into Photo URL.
- Make In short, Category, Key benefits and Features specific: what it is, what it looks like, what it does.
- On the video, say what should change under Or change something and click Redraw the frame (1 credit).
See Add an image URL for how to get a direct link.
My venue does not look like the real location. What should I do?
- Open Venues, edit the venue, and paste a direct link to a real photo of the place into Photo URL.
- Describe the space, the materials, the light and the typical objects in Description. Use Always and Never for what must and must not appear.
- Regenerate the venue’s image (1 credit), then redraw the frame of any video that uses it (1 credit).
My character does not look like the real person. What should I do?
- Open Characters, edit the character, and paste a direct link to a clear, well-lit photo of the person into Photo URL. A small or blurry photo gives the model little to match.
- Click Regenerate next to the portrait (1 credit). The new avatar is used in videos you make from now on.
- Redraw the frame of the video you were working on (1 credit).
